email, post or in person - are treated as 100% confidential.
We only seek the minimum
amount of data we need to assist you. We don't share any data we may obtain
about you with any other organisation unless it's required
by law. And we only share data within our own organisation where it's necessary
to help meet your needs. |

you're welcome to inspect any data we hold about you at any time and to make
corrections to any errors that may exist. When data becomes obsolete (eg:
old accounting records etc), it's removed from our filing system and shredded,
then burned.

Our web site doesn't use
cookies and the only information we collect from it is general
data collected by our web server (eg: page views, hits etc). By its very
nature, this type of data is incapable of identifying any individual.
We also have a strict
anti-spam policy. What this means is that we won't contact you unless
you've contacted us first. And you can opt out of communications with us
at any time simply by asking us to do so.
